How does hypnotherapy work?
Your hypnotherapy will be completely tailored to you, and what you want to achieve.
We’ll spend some time together to look at your goals for the sessions.
During hypnotherapy, I’ll use hypnosis to help you transform habits, break unhelpful thought patterns and change your relationship with particular events or emotions. You’ll enter a deeply relaxed state during the sessions, but you’ll be in complete control the whole time. Most people say that while they’re in this relaxed state, they simply feel completely calm and still.
